You will need to fill in your name, email and GlobalGathering ticket reference number to register. Tickets are also available online from TheTicketSellers for those who didn't attend the festival. Saturday 29th September 2012. Where is the venue? The hmv Institute Digbeth High St Birmingham B5 6DY What are the opening times? Doors and Bars From: 21:00 Music From: 22:00-06:00 What is the dress code if any? No caps, no sportswear. ID This is a strictly over 18s event. You will need to bring official ID, either a passport, driver's license or citizen's card, with you to gain entry to this event. Please be aware the name on the e-ticket must match your ID. Q) What is my GlobalGathering ticket reference number and how do you know it is me? A) Your ticket reference is the long number underneath the barcode on your ticket. This number is also on your ticket fast e-ticket. Once your details are filled in the number and your name will be referenced against that ticket. Q) What if someone else bought my ticket for me? A) We will be able to locate you based on your ticket reference number. You just need the ticket reference number from whoever purchased your ticket. Please see below on multiple tickets on one reference. Q) I purchased multiple tickets for GlobalGathering on one order does this mean I will get the same amount of tickets on my registration number? A) Yes. If you purchased two tickets for GlobalGathering, you can apply for two tickets to this show with that one reference number, but you must fill out the form per person. Please note, we will be able to track how many tickets are applied for on one reference number. If you purchased two tickets, you will only be able to register for two tickets to this show. If you apply for more than you initially purchased on your reference number, then all your applications will become null and void. Q) I bought my ticket in store and don't have my ticket anymore? A) There should be a reference number on the receipt for which you purchased your ticket. You will need a reference number to register for free entry to this event. Unfortunately without this, you cannot register. Q) Can I get in with my wristband from this year? A) No. Unfortunately due to high demand for this show, only customers with their ticket reference numbers will be able register for free tickets. Q) I didn't attend GlobalGathering but still wish to attend, can I still get tickets? A) Tickets are available to purchase from www.theticketsellers.co.uk. Please be aware tickets are all on a first come first served basis. Q) When will I find out if my application has been successful? A) E-Tickets will be allocated two weeks prior to the event. You will need to bring this e-ticket and your ID with you to gain access to this event. Q) When will the rest of the line-up be announced and more details on the show?
