In 2006 our good friends Below introduced the Rainbow Courtyard to the masses playing deep house. Back then it was a Courtyard, with palm trees, benches the smell of a organic bbq, open air and exposed brick work with subtle graffiti. In 2010 The Rainbow Courtyard was slapped with a NOISE ABATEMENT order which was the end of the Rainbow Courtyard as we used to know it. The Courtyard always kept its character but it felt a bit darker a bit more clubby. Well we feel its time to bring back natural light, exposed brick work, organic bbq, palm trees and the old school wooden benches. Were taking it back with 4 very special parties through the summer. PART 4: Kerri 'Kaoz' Chandler, one of deep house music's originators, has been injecting soul into music since the early nineties. An ambassador of the natural and instinctive 4/4 beat, Kerri's influences can be traced back to New Jersey growing up in a family of jazz musicians.
