Live music from THE CEDAR HOUSE BAND STRAINA SELINA BLAKENEY Plus DJ sets by NO FAKIN' (4 decks, 2 mixers) SAM REDMORE And GRINGO in the downstairs bar Live rock 'n' roll takes centre stage at this week's Freestyle as we welcome THE CEDAR HOUSE BAND to the night for the first time. Support comes from STRAINA, whose experimental fusion of acoustic, trip hop and indie went down a blast when he played for us back in May, and SELINA BLAKENEY, whose ethereal album "Russian Doll" has been one of the standout releases of the year so far. On DJ duties we are delighted to have NO FAKIN' back on the decks. Their selection of hip hop, funk, disco, reggae, breaks, house and whatever else they can get their hands on, all masterfully mixed over four decks and two mixers, has never failed to have the Bull's Head bouncing, and this promises to be another unmissable session. The lineup is completed by Leftfoot resident SAM REDMORE and GRINGO, who will keeping the downstairs bar entertained throughout.
