FEVER FEVER

Norwich based three-piece Fever Fever have been busy making their mark on the last 12 months with BBC Introducing and SXSW appearances earning a string of 5 star reviews. Made up of Rosie, Ellie and Smit, their brand of ferocious art-punk is urgent and exhilarating, serving up pounding drums, molten guitar riffs and acerbic vocals that are precision-made to make DIY idealists lose their minds.

Their latest single 'The Chair' is out now, available through iTunes.

"A snarling beast that can distil 400mph punk rock fury into two & a half minutes of flailing brutality, breaking your jaw from twenty paces." – Artrocker

"Sound and fury. Never a pause for breath. Always another space to be filled in. Guitars that ricochet back and forth like they understand what 'Teenage Riot' was when Sonic Youth turned spectacular." - Everett True

GOD DAMN

Drawing from their Black Country land heritage, God Damn flirt with elements of early heavy metal whilst incorporating other key influences from hardcore through to blues, grunge and elements of prog. Citing artists such as The Jesus Lizard, Black Keys, 80's Matchbox, Martin Tomlinson, Pixies and Mars Volta whilst remaining true to their bible, comprising of Hendrix, Homme, Cash, White, Page, Bonham and The Devil-Hughes, the band create a polyphonic, octave fuzz beating that rips your face off and staples it back onto your skull, pop hooks with barbs that just won't come out and percussion that gets through wood like bushfire. Since formation the band have shared the stage with underground legends such as The James Cleaver Quintet, Kong, The Chapman Family, Fever Fever, Blacklisters, Talons and Gay For Johnny Depp. Recently finishing the recording of their first batch of ten songs, the band are looking to spread their unique sound and win over the devil in all of us.

Debut single 'God Damn' out now via Distorted Tapes

"A testifying blues grunge prog rock pop metal thrashup...and if that sounds like a pretty awesome combination, you'd be right. It is." - Brum Notes

"Makes Queens of the Stone Age sound like pussies." - The Hearing Aid

THE ENQUIRY

Born out of the very depths of the fair city Birmingham with the intentions to making a lot of noise and being generally loud, The Enquiry have fast proven that is exactly what they do. Formed in 2011, they are fast gaining a reputation as one of the most exciting live acts to come out of Birmingham and have taken the live music circuit by storm. Meeting at music college and bonding over mutual love for heavy riffs, bouncy indie rhythms and smashing these sounds together, they were invited to play Liverpool Sound City 2012 alongside bands such as Arcane Roots, White Denim and ALT-J. They recently caught the eye of industry professionals working for Atom Live and have subsequently been offered a spot on a national tour running through October. They are currently working on their debut EP.
