During 2012 a concept was created that would celebrate what is arguably the most innovative and successful genre of music. A genre that continues to evolve, creating sub genres, that captures the minds of generation after generation, that holds no geographical boundaries and doesn’t discriminate by race, colour or sexuality.
That genre is House Music and that concept was History of House Music!
Launching with its first event in March 2013, History united 6000 like minded clubbers of all ages under one legendary roof. That roof was non other than Bowlers, the only venue fitting for such an event having carved out its own piece of house history over the last 4 decades
The launch event produced the fantasy line up and which drew a capacity crowd from across the north and beyond, firmly positioning History of House Music as Bowlers most successful event to date....fact!
Now after a short rest, the History of House Music management team has restructured, bringing together the creative and innovative minds from brands of significant notoriety, all of which have helped shape and contribute to the evolution of the house scene within the UK and beyond.
The collective experience of this team spans some 170 years across such brands as Retro, Heroes of House, Peruvia, Twisted Elegance, Moneypenny's, 2Risque, Chuff Chuff, Decadence, Venus, Ultima, Penelope Pitstops, 2Kinky , Bowlers and have DJ’d at some of the most notable clubs and events across the UK, Ibiza and beyond.....
The selection of this team is no coincidence nor accident, its has been perfectly formed to take History of House Music to the next level and create future events that will continue to delight you our customers with an ever evolving club experience.
