ILLUSION RECORDINGS On Saturday 9th August we are throwing a FACE all nighter with our long standing friends Tom Craven & James Cotterill at ILLUSION RECORDINGS whose label keeps going from strength to strength hosting label parties across the UK, Europe, South America & Australia and with a string of killer releases scheduled for 2014 featuring artists such Delano Smith, Aybee, Acid Mondays, Trus'me and Norm Talley. For this party we have invited two of the original members of the Illusion crew in Acid Mondays & Garry Todd. Ibiza based Acid Mondays are on a crest of a wave at the moment having made their debut at Circo Loco @ DC10 last month and with a host of dates throughout the summer at DC10, Zoo Project and across Europe and the UK, these boys are really gaining an amazing reputation for their standout DJ sets and original music. With a huge remix on Warp Records for their 25th Year Anniversary coming soon plus with music forthcoming on Garry Todd's Contemporary Scarecrow label, Le Vie En Rose and Anthea & Dana Ruh's Brouqade, the guys are really in huge demand. So we are very excited to get them on the courtyard for a special 3 hour all-nighter set!! Joining Acid Mondays is Garry Todd, who like Acid Mondays featured on the very first ILLUSION EP and has subsequently released a further two EPs on the label. Garry resides in Sydney Australia most of the year fine tuning his Contemporary Scarecrow record label and fashion brand and Garry's latest EPs have been on his own label featuring the Mike Dunn & Trus'me and on Ellen Alien's Bpitch Recordings, so it is a real pleasure to have him play the courtyard (on what is his birthday). With ILLUSION RECORDINGS next EP being an Acid Mondays Remix EP (featuring Delano Smith, Aybee & Acid Mondays - out in September), this event really comes at the perfect to push the release and see the guys in action!!
